1. Who we are
Legalnerds is an India-focused career portal for law students offering a curated database of law firms, application email/cover-letter templates, and CV resources. Contact: legalnerds01@gmail.com.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you confirm a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and accepted these Terms on your behalf.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. You may not share your account or transfer it to anyone else.
4. Subscription, Pricing & Renewal
- Access to the full Service requires an active paid subscription.
- The current price is ₹249 for 4 months of access (3 paid months + 1 free month). Pricing may change for new purchases; existing paid periods are honoured at the price you paid.
- Payment is processed by Cashfree Payments. By paying, you also accept Cashfree's payment terms.
- Subscriptions do not auto-renew. After 4 months, access pauses until you choose to renew.
5. Refunds
Please review our Refund Policy. All sales are final and non-refundable.
6. Acceptable use
- You may use the firm directory, templates, and CV resources only for your own personal job/internship search.
- You may not scrape, redistribute, resell, or republish our content (including the firm contacts list) in any form.
- You may not use the Service to send unsolicited bulk email or violate any law.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.
7. Content & accuracy
We compile the firm directory and templates from public sources and partners. We make best efforts to keep them accurate but make no warranty of completeness or fitness for any application. The Service does not constitute legal advice or career counselling.
8. Intellectual property
All content, branding, and code on Legalnerds is owned by us or licensed to us. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use it during your active subscription, for personal use only.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 6 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms occasionally. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
