- Usage data — your saved firms, email drafts, and template customisations.
- Payment data — handled exclusively by Cashfree Payments. We receive only the payment status, order ID, and last-4 of the card; we never see your full card details, CVV, or UPI PIN.
- Technical data — IP address, device, and browser information used for security and basic analytics.
2. How we use your information
- To create and secure your account and authenticate sign-ins.
- To provide the Service — deliver firm contacts, templates, drafts, and your subscription.
- To process payments and manage your subscription period.
- To respond to your support requests.
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud or abuse.
3. Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- Cashfree Payments — to process your subscription payments.
- Google — only if you choose Google sign-in (we receive your Google profile basics).
- Hosting & email providers — strictly to operate the Service.
- Authorities — if required by law.
4. Cookies & similar technologies
We use a small number of secure, http-only cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
5. Data retention
We retain your account data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where required by law (for example, payment records may be retained for tax/audit purposes for up to 7 years).

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing legalnerds01@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Security
Passwords are stored hashed (bcrypt). Sessions use http-only secure cookies. We use industry-standard practices to protect your data, but no internet service is 100% secure — please use a strong, unique password and let us know promptly if you suspect any compromise.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with an updated "Last updated" date.
