1. No-refund policy
Legalnerds is a digital service. The full directory, templates, and CV resources are unlocked instantly upon successful payment. Because the value is delivered immediately and in full, we do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or pro-rated credits for any reason — including but not limited to: change of mind, non-use of the service, or loss of access due to your own account credentials.
2. Subscription cancellation
Subscriptions do not auto-renew. There is nothing to cancel — your access automatically pauses at the end of the 4-month period, and you may choose (or choose not) to renew at that time.
3. Failed or duplicate payments
If your bank statement shows a charge but you did not receive subscription access, or you were accidentally charged twice for the same subscription, email legalnerds01@gmail.com within 7 days with your order ID. We will investigate with Cashfree and, if a genuine duplicate or failed-but-charged transaction is confirmed, the duplicate amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 working days. This is the only scenario in which a refund may be issued.
4. Disputed charges
Before raising a chargeback with your bank, please contact us first at legalnerds01@gmail.com. We respond to all genuine queries within 2 business days and most issues are resolved without needing to involve your bank.
5. Account termination
If we suspend or terminate your account for violating our Terms of Service (e.g. scraping, sharing, or reselling our content), no refund will be issued for any unused portion of your subscription.
